Children´s Rights

CHILDHOOD RIGHTS AND DUTIES (for the different grades from Nursery to Primary) 

1. A child has the right to a name and a nationality.
 A child has the duty to respect others. 

2. A child has the right to grow and develop within in healthy lifestyle.
 A child has the duty to learn and demonstrate healthy choices. 

3. A child has the right to develop under their parent responsibility.
 A child has the duty to obey their parents. 

4. A child has the right to a free and compulsory education.
 A child has the duty to study and learn. 

5. A child has the right to be the first in receiving protection and help.
 A child has the duty to help to others.
6. A child has the right to be protected against racial and religious discrimination.
 A child has the duty to not discriminate.
